Las Vegas At A Glance

  • When to Go:  The best time to visit Las Vegas is during the spring (March – May) and fall (September – November).
  • Where to Stay:  For a classic Las Vegas experience, I recommend staying at the Bellagio. It’s in the middle of the strip; it’s easy to walk anywhere; and the gardens, restaurants, and pools are amazing. Other great options for a Vegas girls’ trip include the Wynn, the Venetian, or the Cosmopolitan.
  • How to Get Around: Most of the Vegas strip is walkable. For everything else, take an Uber or Lyft.
  • Top Highlights: Walking the strip; brunch at Sadelle’s and Mon Ami Gabi; dinner at Barry’s Downtown Prime; cocktails at Vanderpump and The Chandelier (inside The Cosmopolitan).
  • Before You Go: An absolute MUST – get a good pair of comfortable but cute walking shoes, like these, or these. Trust me, there are no exceptions to wearing good walking shoes; anything else will lead to blisters and sore feet which are sure to put a damper on your experience.

3-Day Las Vegas Girls’ Trip

Truth be told, I’ve never considered myself the “gambling” or “clubbing” type, which made me wonder if Vegas would be my thing.

To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised that Las Vegas isn’t just about wild nights and flashing lights — and instead, we were able to pull off the perfect, sophisticated, yet fun, girls’ trip in Vegas!

In fact, if you seek out the right spots, the strip dazzles with trendy hotel lobbies, upscale shopping, elegant cocktail lounges, and designer dining experiences where every detail is polished to perfection.

Without further ado, here are the details of our 3-day Las Vegas girls’ trip itinerary!

Happy hour on our Vegas girls' trip!
Vegas girls’ trip!

Vegas Girls’ Trip Day 1

  • Brunch at Sadelle’s (in the Bellagio)
  • Explore the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
  • Walk through The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace – take a pic at Fountain of the Gods
  • Have cocktails at Vanderpump Cocktail Garden (in Caesars)
  • Go to dinner at Deliah’s in the Wynn
  • Drink, gamble, or dance to your heart’s delight. Or just go to bed by 11 PM like I did.

Day 1: Las Vegas Girl’s Trip Itinerary

After flying or driving into Vegas, you’ll probably want to go straight to your hotel to check in.

In our case, this was at the iconic Bellagio Resort & Casino.

As soon as you step into the Bellagio, you’ll be happy you chose to stay there!

There’s an obvious sense of both elegance and excitement here and the crowds are bustling with positive vibes.

If you arrive in the evening and have enough energy for dinner and drinks before bedtime, I suggest staying close to your home base and trying one of the amazing restaurants at Bellagio.

Afterwards, walk outside to the front of the hotel and catch a nighttime viewing of the Bellagio fountain show before tucking into bed.

If you arrive in the morning on Day 1, follow the above itinerary as listed beginning with hotel check-in, then brunch at Sadelle’s.

Brunch at Sadelle's
Brunch at Sadelle’s overlooking the Bellagion Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

Brunch at Sadelle’s Cafe

Located inside the Bellagio beside the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, brunch at Sadelle’s is the perfect first-stop on your Las Vegas girls’ trip!

From decadent pastries and pastry carts to impeccable service, Sadelle’s offers a polished, lively brunch scene that’s both Instagram-worthy and deliciously satisfying.

The dining room is filled with soft natural light, with Tiffany‑blue accents, marble counters, and velvet seating.

Menu highlights include their Steak & Eggs, and the shareable Smoked Salmon Tower that arrives stacked with house‑baked bagels, capers, cucumbers, tomato, and cream cheese.

If you’re craving something both comforting and sweet, Sadelle’s legendary French toast that is dried for 24 hours, soaked, fried, then caramelized — is an absolute must . Also, don’t miss their Sticky Buns!

Reservations at Sadelle’s are accepted and highly encouraged! If you’re lucky enough, you’ll get placed at one of the few tables overlooking the Botanical Gardens!

Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

Once you walk out of Sadelle’s you’ll be directly inside the stunning Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is a beautiful indoor garden filled with unique flowers, plants, and creative displays.

Skilled horticulturists and designers coordinate and change the displays based on the changing seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter. The themes are often inspired by holidays, nature, or different cultures, and everything is made with real flowers and plants.

The Bellagio Conservatory is free to visit and open 24/7, making it a great stop anytime.

Be sure to bring your camera as there are lots of great photo ops!

The Forum Shops

After your relaxing morning at the Bellagio, head outside and walk 0.8 miles to Caesars Palace (use the walking version of Google Maps if you need directions).

Make your way to the enchanting Roman‑inspired paradise at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace.

The Forum Shops is a luxe indoor shopping area with over 160 stores and restaurants. It delivers a stylish, immersive experience that’s as fun as it is fabulous.

You’ll be in awe of the meticulously lit dome-shaped ceilings whose lighting changes to mimic sunrise, midday, dusk, or a starry night.

Don’t miss the famed 10-minute animatronic show, Fall of Atlantis; the impressive sculpture and fountain, Fountain of the Gods; and the two huge, stunning spiral escalators!

Finally, we absolutely loved browsing and window shopping at designer stores such as Gucci, Versace, Dior, Chanel, Cartier, Fendi, and Balenciaga, alongside accessible favorites like Bath & Body Works, Ann Taylor, H&M, and Nike.

Vanderpump Cocktail Garden

I’m a huge fan of the Vanderpump Rules TV series, so I was definitely not going to miss visiting Lisa Vanderpump’s cocktail lounge(s) during our Las Vegas girls’ trip!

After finishing up at Forum Shops, check out Vanderpump Cocktail Garden also located inside Caesars Palace.

With its dim lighting, twinkling fairy lights, sparkling chandeliers, and plush, leafy decor, it feels like a garden hidden inside the casino

Sip on hand-crafted cocktails like Checkmate Bitch, English Garden, or Puff the Magic Dragon, and indulge in shareable bites like goat cheese balls and the famed Rosé Cake for Two.

Other Vanderpump venues in Las Vegas include Vanderpump a’ Paris at Paris Las Vegas and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo.

Delilah

After you’ve had a chance to head back to your hotel and get ready for the evening, set off for your dinner reservations at Delilah in Wynn Las Vegas (Yep! They take reservations.)

Delilah is a glamorous, modern-day supper club that channels the golden age of Vegas with 1950s–inspired elegance.

The ambiance here is rich and intimate with brass palm trees, plush velvet seating, chandeliers, and a sweeping imperial staircase to create a luxurious old-Hollywood vibe.

As a true supper club, Delilah blends fine dining with a show throughout your meal.

Live entertainment includes torch singers, jazz bands, and even slow, exotic dancers dressed in evening gowns and vintage glam.

The experience at Delilah is so exclusive that there are no photos allowed once inside the restaurant.

We loved their classic wedge salad and signature Beef Wellington…and of course, their epic cocktail menu!

Vegas Girls’ Trip Day 2

  • Have brunch at Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Hotel and Casino (with amazing views of the Fountains at Bellagio right from your seat on the patio!)
  • Explore Paris Las Vegas while you’re there
  • Spend the afternoon at your hotel pool
  • Uber to Circa Resort & Casino on Fremont Street and have happy hour at Legacy Club (it’s on the 60th floor with amazing city views)
  • Have dinner at Barry’s Downtown Prime in Circa
  • Watch the Viva Vision Light Show on Fremont Street (shows start at the top of the hour, nightly, from 6PM to 2AM)

Day 2: Las Vegas Girl’s Trip Itinerary

Wake up! It’s day 2!

Start your day by taking a stroll on the Vegas strip, not only for exercise, but for exploring, people watching, and photo ops.

Make your way to Paris Hotel & Casino to see the giant replica of the Eiffel Tower and to have brunch at none other than, Mon Ami Gabi.

Brunch in Las Vegas at Mon Ami Gabi
Our brunch on the patio at Mon Ami Gabi overlooking the Bellagio fountains!

Mon Ami Gabi

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas is a charming French bistro that’s perfect for a relaxed, yet elegant girls’ brunch.

If you don’t have reservations, get your name on the wait list upon your arrival, and be sure to request the patio if the weather is nice enough; even if it’s a longer wait.

After all, its sunlit patio overlooks the Bellagio fountains, provides a view of the Effiel tower up above, and is a prime people-watching spot as it sits adjacent to the strip.

I absolutely loved the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Benedict and Mixed Berry Waffle, as well as praise the laid-back yet elegant vibe and top-notch service

For a boozy brunch, try one of their featured breakfast cocktails: Gabi’s Bloody Mary, Robert’s Expresso Martini, or a Sparkling Cocktail.

If you or anyone in your group is interested, you can purchase tickets to ride to the top of the replica Eiffel Tower. An attendant controls the glass elevator that brings you up 500 feet to see panoramic views of Sin City.

Tip: Many choose to save this experience for sunset!

Pool Time

Once you’re finished with brunch, spend the afternoon at your hotel pool.

When it comes to a Las Vegas girls’ trip, pool days in Vegas are a must!

Each hotel and resort in Las Vegas has its own pool area that features a unique vibe, as well as over-the-top theming and grandeur.

The Bellagio pool deck, for instance, features 5 distinct pools that are surrounded by lush landscaping, classical sculptures, and peaceful fountains making it feel like a European garden.

Plush lounge chairs, private cabanas, and attentive service make the experience feel truly luxurious.

The atmosphere on the Bellagio pool deck is refined and relaxing—perfect for a girls’ day of sunbathing, catching up, and sipping cocktails in style.

Circa on Fremont Street

End your day by taking an Uber or Lyft to Fremont Street, one of the most famous streets in Las Vegas.

Fremont Street is the original Las Vegas entertainment district, and it’s totally worth leaving the main strip to check out the more retro, eclectic, and classic vibe here.

We spent our time at Circa Resort & Casino enjoying pre-dinner cocktails at Legacy Club and dinner at Barry’s Downtown Prime.

(Do note that an ID is required to enter Circa as it is a 21+ property. This is strictly enforced.)

Upon your arrival to Circa, take the elevator to the 60th floor where you’ll find Legacy Club — a luxe, indoor‑outdoor rooftop lounge offering awesome views of the Vegas strip, Fremont Street, and the valley beyond.

The swanky art-deco decor, 1000 oz. gold bar centerpiece, and amazing hand-crafted cocktails here create an absolutely luxurious, VIP vibe that is perfect for a girls’ night out!

Next, head back to the main lobby where you’ll find the entrance to Barry’s Downtown Prime – a glamorous, vintage steakhouse with a modern flair.

The atmosphere nods to Old‑School Vegas elegance while the menu boasts the city’s finest steak and seafood.

Oh, and don’t forget the fact that Barry’s received Wine Spectator’s 2024 Award of Excellence for its wine list, as well as offers a cocktail cart featuring table-side prepared Old Fashioned and Manhattans.

We literally had the best dining experiences here — you do not want to miss this place!

Vision Viva Light Show

After dinner, walk outside of Circa and head to Fremont Street to view the Viva Vision Light Show.

It’s a dazzling, free, nightly spectacle running from 6PM to 2AM that features vibrant 3D graphics and hit music under the world’s largest LED canopy.

The show begins on the hour and last about 6–7 minutes .

With each hourly show, all the surrounding lights dim drawing everyone’s eyes upward to the canopy’s dazzling visuals and booming 550,000‑watt surround sound.

This is a must-see experience that blends music, light, and pure Vegas energy — in other words, the perfect way to end an unforgettable downtown girls’ night.

Vegas Girls’ Trip: Day 3

  • Stroll the strip.  Enjoy the lit screens, street performers, and entertainment on every corner.
  • Visit the The Venetian and take a gondola ride
  • Have drinks at the The Chandelier inside the The Cosmopolitan
  • Eat a pre-show dinner at the hotel where you’ll catch the Vegas show of your choice

Day 3: Las Vegas Girl’s Trip Itinerary

For your last day in Vegas, consider your group’s personal ‘must-do list’.

Do you want to see a show? Visit a museum? Go to the Sphere? Spend more time gambling? Or perhaps take a day trip to the Hoover Dam?

With literally so much to see and do, it only makes sense to try to squeeze in some of your faves!

The Venetian

I recommend putting on a comfortable pair of walking shoes and walking 1 mile from the Bellagio to the Venetian Resort.

Once there, have brunch at Bouchon before further exploring and taking a gondola ride there.

Purchase tickets at the gondola ride ticket booth, located near the Grand Canal Shoppes, where you can choose between indoor or outdoor canal rides.

A singing gondolier will guide your boat beneath bridges and past cafes, serenading you with Italian songs as you drift along through the resort.

Rides last about 15 minutes and can be shared or private, for a more intimate experience.

It’s a picture-perfect, unforgettable way to soak up the magic of Venice — Vegas style!

The Cosmopolitan

Afterwards, backtrack toward and a few blocks past the Bellagio to visit The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

The Cosmopolitan is the epitome of contemporary luxury on the strip, and is home to The Chandelier Bar, a three-story lounge adorned by a crystal cascade of over two million shimmering crystals.

It literally feels like you’re in a chandelier!

Each level delivers its own vibe: the bustling ground floor for people-watching and classic cocktails; the cozy mid-level with inventive, theatrical mixology; and the intimate top floor for champagne-forward creations and skyline views.

By now, you’ll likely be ready for a nap, so head back to your hotel to rest up before your last night out.

Dinner and a Show

My last night in Vegas was cut short as I had to head home to see my son off to his high school prom.

For your last night in Vegas, however, I absolutely recommend taking in a sought-after Vegas show such as Cirque De Solie, The Sphere, a resident musician/singer/songwriter, or a comedy, magic, or dance show.

For convenience and ease of transportation, once you decide on a show, plan to go to the restaurant of your choice inside or near the show’s venue.
